Ski Bailey is an exceptional advocate for mental health and wellness as she began her journey in this field approximately 3 years ago. She has prior experiencing approximately 10 years of experience in Child Welfare Services. Ski joined Workplace Options in 2022 as an EAP clinical counselor providing immediate support and clinical expertise globally to clients seeking employee assistance support.  With a passion for enhancing individual overall well-being, Ski founded Building Keys to Life Nonprofit Organization created to bring awareness to the importance of a healthy and balanced wellness routine. This organization provides a holistic approach through community-based outreach services for individuals to enhance their overall well-being.
