Bianca Buie, Ambassador Program Manager

Bianca Buie’s multi-faceted experience spans across operational support, service delivery, business solutions, and learning and development. Her interdepartmental collaborations has sourced her success in client support and program development. In her current role she provides program management to WPO’s Ambassador Program subsidiary ensuring efficiency and successful execution of program delivery.

Lorene Lacey, Trainer

Lorene Lacey has more than 25 years experience as a mental health clinician working with employee assistance programs, family services and wellness education.  She served as Workplace Option’s Director of Global Crisis Response, overseeing the global crisis support services for the past 7 plus years providing clinical consultations to managers in areas of addiction, trauma, stress management and depression/anxiety. In addition, she has been a requested trainer in the areas of employee wellness concentrating in stress management, resiliency, trauma, mental health and peer support.

Vani Moodley, Trainer

Vani has 32 years of global experience in materials development and training interventions for leaders, managers, executives, and employees. She has worked across 30 countries and 4 Islands. Her experience encompasses empowering leaders and managers with skills on mental wellness, recognise and respond to needs, engage in appropriate interventions, and build resilience within the workforce. She also has experience in training of Mental Health Ambassadors, optimizing productivity and facilitating personal wellness techniques including mindfulness breathing, meditation and relaxation. She has been a consultant and trainer for Workplace Options for over 8 years.
