Global leader in holistic health services welcomes Eric Santa to drive strategy and ongoing execution.
Workplace Options (WPO), a leading provider of in-the-moment wellbeing support, committed to improving the lives of more than 79 million people around the world, selected Eric Santa as its new Chief Operating Officer. The new position will advance the company’s mission: to offer individuals and organizations a continuum of human-centered wellbeing solutions that address emotional, practical, and physical needs anytime, anywhere. Santa, who reports to Alan King, President, and CEO of WPO, is currently overseeing the company’s Service Delivery and Marketing departments.
“It’s an honor and a privilege to join WPO’s international team of passionate professionals who are dedicated experts in helping people on their personal wellbeing journey and empowering every person to be their authentic self,” said Santa.
Serving for more than 20 years in the health and wellbeing industry, Santa has held multiple C-Suite roles, including Chief Revenue Officer for Rally Health, a work-life and wellbeing-focused subsidiary of Optum and UnitedHealth Group. Prior to his time at UHG, Santa led healthcare business strategies as a consultant for organizations such as The Boston Consulting Group and The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Santa earned a degree in Economics from Purdue University and a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
“The extensive knowledge and leadership skills Eric gained while working for prominent healthcare and wellbeing companies, coupled with his valued vision and strategic insights, will undoubtedly propel WPO towards greater innovation, continued growth, and enhanced customer experiences in 2024 and beyond,” said King. “Every day and everywhere, WPO operates under three key business principles: Reach, Relevance, and Results. As Chief Operating Officer, Eric will build upon our existing goals so that we continue to lead in meeting the evolving needs of organizations and individuals across countries, cultures, and communities,” said King.
