Workplace Options (WPO), a leading provider of holistic wellbeing solutions for more than 75 million people around the world, announced two new leadership positions that will advance the company’s unique expertise in proactive, predictive clinical and data-driven services. Vice President of Clinical Crisis & Specialty Services Dr. Kennette Harris, MSW, LCSW, was promoted to Chief Clinical Officer, and Vice President of Information Solutions & Development Gana Diagne was named Chief Knowledge Officer.
“In my new role, much like the roles of many others within the organization, each day will prove to be different than what we might have planned. However, I am certain that there will be new opportunities that will help us learn, grow, and excel as a team,” said Dr. Harris. “I’m most excited about what’s possible. I’m eager to strategize in developing new solutions that will drive process improvements focused on innovative service delivery to improve overall clinical services, outcomes, and participants’ experience.”
Dr. Harris joined WPO nearly a decade ago and has expanded the company’s global clinical operations, including extending its specialty services to provide clinical oversight of crisis support while adapting to the cultural context of organizations worldwide. Her expertise incorporates developing, implementing, and streamlining customized mental health programs and processes to provide direct care with qualified, empathetic professionals.
“As Chief Clinical Officer, Kennette is a vital member of WPO’s leadership team. Her extensive experience and knowledge will be key in furthering our mission: to offer individuals and organizations a continuum of human-centered wellbeing solutions that address emotional, practical, and physical needs anytime, anywhere.,” said Alan King, President, and CEO of WPO. “Kennette brings skill, passion, and valued vision to this new role as we continue to transform people’s lives for the better.”
As part of WPO’s growth strategy, the company is focused on utilizing its unique capabilities in global data collection and analysis to turn numbers into knowledge and propel WPO’s services to the next level in helping more people access immediate care anytime and anywhere.
“As Chief Knowledge Officer, I look forward to working with my team in identifying actions that will result in tangible and substantial outcomes for companies and their employees using WPO’s wellbeing services,” said Gana Diagne.
Gana recognizes the unique value WPO’s global data pool reflects for clients and prospects and realizes the need for implementing strategies, such as insight reports, to advance organizational decision-making.
“Every day and everywhere, WPO operates under three key business principles: Reach, Relevance, and Results. As Chief Knowledge Officer, Gana and his team will build upon our existing growth strategy so that we evolve to meet the changing needs of organizations and individuals across countries, cultures, and communities, said King. “Our data will empower organizations, in more than 200 countries and territories, to take holistic action for ensuring that their employees thrive.”
