Absenteeism, understanding in order to take action

ABSENTEEISM, UNDERSTANDING IN ORDER TO TAKE ACTION

Absenteeism involves multiple individual and organizational factors, which means that we need to take an analytical approach, looking into the various causes in order to determine what actions to take. Therefore, WPO takes the approach of Understanding in order to take action.

STUDIES AND SURVEYS

Workplace Options (WPO) has carried out a series of annual studies into workplace absences (Understanding in order to take action), which involved interviewing HR Directors and employees. Our research confirms the trends highlighted by multiple studies and evidenced by data from Health Insurance providers and other insurers, namely that the rate of absenteeism continues to grow year on year.
