Workplace Options is committed to the transformative power of coaching, providing our staff and leaders with access to executive coaching, success coaching, and professional coach training. With over 15 years of experience in wellness and life coaching for global employees, we now extend our expertise to the executive level.

Our individualized coaching program is designed to advance leadership development for teams and organizations. The program includes a consultation, an invitation package, a leadership assessment, and 12 executive coaching sessions. Eligible members can participate in these sessions via telephone or video, delivered by their selected Executive Coach.

Individuals are matched with an executive coach tailored to strengthen their specific leadership skills and provide new perspectives and increased self-awareness. Each Executive Coaching Program is customized to align with the executive’s values, goals, and potential.
