Process

The psychosocial counselor will:
– evaluate your psychosocial, occupational, and physical situation and, together with you, draw up a psychosocial and occupational support plan.
– help implement a support plan and coordinate work with other professionals responsible for supporting you.

The occupational counselor will:
– work with you to analyze your work situation, your occupational skills and capacities, and your desires in terms of employment
– with your consent, meet your employer to prepare for your return to work.
– help you develop a new career plan and search for work, as requested by you.

The health and fitness coach will help you to:
– restore your physical and functional fitness
– improve your overall health
