As part of our leadership topics, Workplace Options is introducing AIR25 – Building Psychological Safety through Inclusive Leadership that speaks to the unique challenges encountered by managers as workplaces are transforming.

Awareness — combined with intervention strategies and options to enhance resilience skills — equips managers with the knowledge and competency to lead. Managers trained in inclusive practices are better equipped to recognize and mitigate unconscious biases that can undermine diversity efforts and psychological safety in the workplace.
