To help facilitate its ongoing growth, Workplace Options has expanded its Bangalore, India, service center to include a second office location in a neighboring building. Workplace Options is the world’s largest independent provider of employee wellbeing support solutions, serving employees in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. Currently there are 153 Workplace Options employees based in Bangalore to support the growing demand for employee wellbeing services across India and around the globe.

The India service center, which opened in 2013, includes a team of counselors and credentialed specialists that provide employee support, as well as teams responsible for sales, account management, implementation and information technology (IT).  The expanding IT team will move to the new office location, allowing for ongoing growth at the original office space.

“There is growing interest and support for employee wellbeing services in this part of the world, which was a key factor in our decision to expand our presence in Bangalore,” explains Dean Debnam, Chief Executive Officer of Workplace Options. “We are continuing to develop new and innovative technologies to maximize worker wellbeing globally, and as a result, we are adding capacity to fulfill our need for additional IT team members and work space.”

Alan King, President and Chief Operating Officer at Workplace Options adds, “Our investments are focused on using the local expertise and experience of our global team to provide more geographic and culturally tailored wellbeing services for more people worldwide.”
