Connecting Your Employees to the Help They Need

The My Family Care Network app connects your employees to our dependent care assistance program. This corporate dependent care platform helps your team find back-up childcare, senior care and tutoring services. Using the app makes taking advantage of this family health care network for corporate offices much easier and faster for employees. The app means a single request for support through the family care network can be shared by multiple members at the same time. This means members of the network can respond quickly with a single click to either accept or reject the request.

When used to connect to the dependent care assistance plan, the app also provides users with a host of convenient payment options. These include connecting a Stripe account for seamless payments to the service. Members of the network can receive their payments via Stripe or build up hours for a trade in the future. They also have the option to submit receipts to the employer for subsidized care directly through the app if applicable.

Our family health networks provide a quick and simple way for employers to minimize disruptions in the workplace and reduce the rate of absenteeism or tardiness caused by family care issues. Having access to it means employees have a backup plan they can use to plan ahead in the event of emergencies or unexpected gaps in care.
