Elevate

Extended clinical intervention designed to address the needs of participants with significant symptoms of, or a formal diagnosis of, depression or anxiety

Solution Features

Employees who are dealing with stress and anxiety at work often need more support than what is provided by a typical EAP benefit. Elevate provides solution-focused, face-to-face counseling to address and reduce work anxiety or depression.

Extended support for those dealing with depression at work

– Telephonic assessment into the Elevate benefit is provided by Workplace Options counselors

– Face-to-face meeting with a psychologist for an in-depth assessment and administration of a psychometric test

– Up to 20 face-to-face counseling sessions with a psychologist

– Ongoing case management to ensure the participant’s comfort and progress

Customized work anxiety help based on individual needs

– Elevate can support employees whose symptoms are recent or chronic

– With employee’s permission, Elevate can collaborate with medical professionals to design a complementary treatment plan

– Workplace Options case managers will assess participants’ cases every sixth session for progress or recalibration

 

Flexible options for participating employers

– High-level of customization and flexibility for employers

– Utilization reports, consistent with confidentiality standards, provided on a regular basis

– Organizational benefits may include increased employee wellbeing, greater productivity, reduced absenteeism, and improved retention rates, just to name a few
